The No Boundaries 5K Training Program is designed for the true beginner walker, walk/runner or runner. During this 10-week program, participants are surrounded by a team of dedicated, motivated people all working toward the goal of becoming healthy and strong. By the time they cross the finish line of their goal 5K (3.1 mile) race, team members will have learned the importance of proper form, stretching, hydration, and nutrition - all the tools needed to maintain their new fitness routine.

Join the students of the Washington University Running Club this Sunday for their annual 5K. Take Steps for Kids benefits Big Brothers Big Sisters.  Participants will enjoy a family-friendly fun run, an acapella group and other entertainment, & much more!

Join us on 4/15 to celebrate the 6,000+ wishes that Make-A-Wish Missouri has granted and raise funds for future wishes.  By running or walking the 5K, you can help bring the life changing impact of a wish to children in your community who battle life threatening medical conditions
