Summer is the perfect time to hit the trails. The trees provide shade to cool you off when the temperatures soar, and you’ll get some lush flora and fauna viewing along with your workout.  But if you’ve always trained on the roads, the trails can be intimidating. Our next trail program begins May 8th

Our 10-week Trail Running program teaches participants how to safely enjoy off-road running and introduces them to ten different local trails. Each coached run offers both short and long courses, so participants of various abilities can participate. Entrants should enter the program capable of running at least 6 miles or more on the roads at a pace of 11:00/mile or faster.

Foam Rolling Workshop

Participants in our 45-minute This is How We Roll workshop learn how to use the simple but versatile foam roller to soften, stretch, and re-align the muscles in these areas in order to relieve tension, promote recovery, and prepare the body for additional training.  Our next workshop will be in Des Peres at 6:45pm on Monday, 2/27.

Run 21K and make a difference!

The 6th annual Relay and Run for 21 will be held on 3/19.  It features an individual 21K (13.1M), a 3-person 21K relay, a 7K, and a 2.1K fun run/walk.  Proceeds from this event benefit the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis, DADS Community Outreach Fund, and the Pujols Family Foundation.
